Friendship, fun and shared experiences

Surviving a stroke and supporting a survivor is a huge mountain to climb, so we do it with friends and face it together.

Welcome to East Hampshire Stroke Support – a friendly community where stroke survivors come together for a cuppa, a chat, and plenty of smiles. We’re all about supporting each other, sharing experiences, and enjoying activities that help us stay connected. Whether you’re looking for new friends, a listening ear, or just a reason to get out of the house, you’ll always find a warm welcome here.
