Group meeting times
Monthly Meet Up first Tuesday of the month 2pm-3.30pm with activities or invited speaker often talking about local interest or stroke related. With plenty of time for tea and chat. Ad-hoc meetings can be found in our events section.

September 3rd
Short talk about Alice Holt accessible cycling by the team from the charity, Inclusive Cycling. Plus social prescribing team from Health on the High Street will be joining us to explain what they do and what they can do for you.
October 7th
‘Caring For The Royal Palaces’. Zoe supports her Mum and she also works full time restoring some of the historic buildings in London. She is coming to share some of her inside knowledge in what is sure to be a fascinating talk.
November 4th
‘The Importance of Staying Active After Stroke’ a talk by hugely experienced neuro-physio Josie from Evolve Neurophysio.
December 2nd
Find Your Voice taster with music therapist..with a few Christmas carols
